We’re building a calm, professional, multi-disciplinary wellness hub where independent practitioners can thrive. We’re seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who wants a clean, consistent clinical environment, a strong patient experience, and optional opportunities to collaborate with complementary providers (chiro, mind-body therapies like craniosacral/reiki/acupressure, biofeedback, and DPC partners).
This is a space + ecosystem opportunity—not an employee role. You maintain your own business, rates, and clinical decision-making.
Provide exceptional massage therapy and bodywork tailored to client goals (relaxation, recovery, pain support, nervous system support, etc.)
Create a consistent client experience (intake, consent, session plan, aftercare)
Maintain professional documentation and appropriate boundaries
Follow clinic facility standards for room turnover, hygiene, and shared spaces
Because independent contractor status hinges heavily on control and independence, this role is designed so you retain autonomy in how you practice and run your business.
You will:
Run your own business entity, set your own fees, and manage your clinical services
Carry your own insurance, licensing, and professional requirements
Use our space via a fixed rent / fixed room-block agreement (no percentage-of-collections model)
We will:
Provide a professional clinic environment and a system for consistent patient experience
Offer fixed-fee supports such as directory listing, shared campaigns, laundry/linen (as available), and operations support
Furnished, professional treatment/consult rooms in a growing, multi-provider clinic
Shared amenities (waiting area, utilities/Wi-Fi, facility standards, signage standards)
A collaborative clinic ecosystem (co-care opportunities, workshop/events calendar, shared content themes)
Clear clinic standards for safety and hygiene aligned with outpatient best practices
To apply, please submit:
Resume/CV
References (2–3 professional references)
Business Plan (brief is fine)
Business plan prompts (keep it short):
Your modality focus + ideal clients
Your preferred weekly availability (days/times)
Your 90-day plan to build and retain clients
How you contribute to a collaborative clinic culture
Virtual interview (fit, schedule, clinic model, goals)
In-person interview + hands-on session (technique, communication, client experience)
Must have:
Active Ohio Massage Therapist license (State Medical Board of Ohio)
Current liability insurance appropriate for massage therapy
Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
Comfort operating independently (scheduling, payments, client communication)
Preferred:
Experience with clinical/therapeutic bodywork (sports, myofascial, lymphatic, craniosacral support, etc.)
Interest in collaborating within a holistic ecosystem (without compromising autonomy)
