We’re building a collaborative, outcomes-focused clinic that blends chiropractic care with evidence-informed lifestyle support and complementary mind-body therapies (LMT, craniosacral, reiki, acupressure, biofeedback, and DPC partners). If you’re a chiropractor who values both biomechanics and whole-person care, we’d love to meet you.
This is not an employee role. You maintain your own practice, fees, and clinical decision-making. We provide the space, professional environment, and a clinic ecosystem designed to help you grow.
Note on structure: Ohio chiropractic rules prohibit fee-splitting arrangements, so our model is designed around set-in-advance, fixed rent / fixed service options rather than percentage-based splits.
Perform chiropractic evaluations (history, exam, ortho/neuro screening as appropriate)
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered chiropractic care (adjusting and adjunctive techniques you are trained in)
Provide clear treatment plans, patient education, and home-care strategies
Maintain timely, accurate documentation and informed consent
Collaborate professionally with other independent providers in the clinic (warm handoffs and co-care when appropriate)
Follow clinic facility standards for room turnover, hygiene, and patient experience
Because independent contractor status hinges heavily on control and independence, this role is designed so you retain autonomy in how you practice and run your business.
You will:
Run your own business entity, set your own fees, and manage your clinical services
Carry your own insurance, licensing, and professional requirements
Use our space via a fixed rent / fixed room-block agreement (no percentage-of-collections model)
We will:
Provide a professional clinic environment and a system for consistent patient experience
Offer fixed-fee supports such as directory listing, shared campaigns, laundry/linen, and operations support
Furnished, professional treatment/consult rooms in a growing, multi-provider clinic
Shared amenities (waiting area, utilities/Wi-Fi, facility standards, signage standards)
A collaborative clinic ecosystem (co-care opportunities, workshop/events calendar, shared content themes)
Clear clinic standards for safety and hygiene aligned with outpatient best practices
A chiropractor who wants a high-quality home base without opening their own facility
A doc who wants to grow within a referral-rich ecosystem while maintaining independence
A clinician excited about building a long-term presence in Chesterland/Geauga County
Independent contractor arrangement with fixed, set-in-advance room rent or room-block options (details shared during interviews)
Optional fixed-fee service add-ons (if desired)
