Technology can make everyday tasks easier when you know how to use the right tools. Join the West Geauga Chamber of Commerce for Digital Skills for Everyday Tasks, a practical workshop designed to help participants become more organized, productive, and confident using Google tools.
During this hands-on session, attendees will learn simple ways to manage both work and personal responsibilities using tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs. Whether you're organizing your job search, creating a budget, preparing for a meeting, or simply trying to stay on top of your priorities, these skills can help you work more efficiently.
During this workshop, participants will learn how to:
Use templates in Google Sheets to create a personalized to-do list
Use templates in Google Docs to create and organize a meeting agenda
Use digital tools to better organize tasks and priorities
Apply simple productivity techniques that can be used at work, during a job search, or in everyday life
The workshop includes approximately 40 minutes of guided instruction, followed by 20 minutes of attendee work time. Participants will have an opportunity to practice what they've learned, ask questions, and receive assistance as they work through the tools.
No advanced technology experience is required. This session is designed to provide practical skills that participants can begin using right away.
Digital skills are increasingly important in nearly every workplace. Learning how to effectively use common productivity tools can help job seekers strengthen their technology skills while also helping professionals better organize their daily responsibilities.
