Body, Mind, and Soul is a wellness center focused on bringing the body back into balance through allergy elimination techniques, therapeutic massage, or Reiki.

We assist in allergy elimination through the NAET protocol (naet.com).  This technique combines kinesiology (muscle testing), breath work, acupressure, and sometimes a short 25-hour avoidance. We also work on decreasing symptoms of Autism, ADD, and ADHD through allergy elimination.

Working with student-athletes is our largest bodywork focus.  We teach student-athletes how to stay healthy during their sport season of choice. Whether it is one sport with multiple seasons or multiple sports spread over the year. We want to make sure these athletes learn early how to stay healthy!

We are centrally located in Chesterland in the Citizens Bank Building off of Mayfield Road. We are the last unit on the East side of the building.
